About Me

I am a Program Manager and Coach with 20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide, global transformations and enabling organizational clarity in fast-paced tech environments. I have spent my career building high-impact programs, coaching leaders, and cultivating resilient, and highly collaborative teams.

Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of being in many types of roles:

  • Engineer - where I learned how to solve problems with technology, working with people to understand the needs, opportunities, and pain points.
  • Engineering Manager - where I had the privilege of cultivating the growth of others, supporting them in their careers, and creating a successful team.
  • Consultant - where I was able to serve customers through active listening, partnership, and my technical expertise.
  • Agile Coach - at the team, organization, and enterprise levels and helped companies adapt their practices, mindsets, processes, and culture to deliver real value to their customers.
  • Teacher - where I was able to support the ongoing growth of students, colleagues, and clients through facilitation, adult learning theory, instructional design, and outcome-focused learning.
  • Program Manager (Learning & Development, Operations, Leadership Development) - where I was able to own programs from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement, leading to real impact and successful outcomes for organizations and people.

What I have learned most from my career journey is the importance in collaboration, active listening, clear and open communication, and focusing on outcomes that lead to real impact on individuals, teams, and organizations. All of which are possible through continous learning and growth and ultimately making the world a better place for all.

Authenticity

Being myself and continuing to discover who I am.

Trust

Trust others, myself, and systems by default. Create trust where it is missing.

Safety

Create a space where others can be themselves and trust they can be open and vulnerable with me.

Fairness

I believe in fairness and equality for all humans based on compassion, social justice, and empathy.

Harmony

Working together without unnecessary competition or a need of holding power over others.

Beauty in all things

Pausing to to admire the beauty in nature, humanity, design, and all systems for which we interact.

Adaptability

Being able to adapt to change and uncertainty.Plan for a direction while leaving space for learning and iterating as we go.

Learning

Lifelong learning is important to grow and experience life to the fullest. I always look forward to meeting the next version of myself.

:1st_place_medal: Strengths

  • Trust and Safety: I have a strong sensor of reading the mood of the “room” and can adapt to build trust with others and create a safe environment for vulnerability and learning. My “trust sensor” can sometimes be overly sensitive, but I find that it serves me well regardless.
  • Empathy: I can easily empathize and have compassion for others, feel their predicament and am moved to help (either directly or through coaching so that they can help themselves).
  • Mindfulness: I strive to always be self-aware, pausing before reacting, and having a deeper understanding of my emotions and triggers. In situations of conflict, I externally express the trigger, reaction, and what I am learning from each experience in order to create a safe space for others to do so as well.
  • Curiousity: I have a strong curiousity and desire to learn, whether it is to read something new, try something new, or to learn a process in order to contribute towards making it better.
